Pork Chops Supreme Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pare and slice 4 medium potatoes.
    Place in medium size casserole dish.
    Lightly
    season
    with
    salt
    and
    pepper.\tIn mixing bowl,
    mix
    soup and milk.
    Fry pork chops until golden brown.
    Drain
    chops on paper towel and arrange over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
