Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (6.25 to 6.50 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour
into a well-greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
