Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped peeled apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, eggs and sugar well.
    Add flour, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add apples.
    Batter will be very stiff and will absorb moisture from apples.
    Bake in an ungreased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
