Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    24 Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 stick butter
    1 large can sliced peaches, drained
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat 3 egg whites stiff.
    Set aside.
    Mix sugar, crushed crackers fine, chopped nuts and baking powder.
    Mix into egg whites.
    Melt butter into 8-inch pie pan.
    Then pour mixture into pan to make crust.\tDouble recipe for 9 x 13 pan.
    Cook 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. Top crust with peaches.
    Finish with Cool Whip over peaches.
