Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1Tbsp. catsup
1/2 to 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 2/3 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour, chili powder, garlic and onion salt, catsup and tomatoes.
Add milk.
Add Velveeta.
Cook until thickened.
