Rabbit In Brown Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 wild rabbits
    2/3 c. oil
    4 medium onions
    1/2 head garlic
    1 Tbsp. hot green pepper
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 stalk celery and leaves
    1 1/2 c. green onions
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. savory
    2 cloves
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Wash and drain meat. In a large black iron pot, heat oil.
    Add rabbit, frying until dark brown. Add vegetables, browning while stirring. Add all other ingredients, stirring.
    Place cornstarch in a cup.
    Add cold water slowly, stirring to a thick paste.
    Stir paste into pot.
    Add water for correct consistency.
    Serve rabbit and sauce over hot rice.
