Maxwell'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag spinach, washed and dried
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. bacon, fried crisp and broken into bite sizes

Preparation

Arrange spinach in a large bowl.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Serve accompanied by Maxwell's Spinach Salad Dressing.
Serves 1 large salad.
