Frozen Fruit Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen fruit (plain or mixed)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    8 oz. plain yogurt (for ice cream substitute heavy or whipping cream)
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. Triple Sec (optional)
Preparation
    In food processor, pulse three times with metal blade, then run continuously to chop the frozen berries finely.
    Add yogurt, lemon juice and sugar.
    Run until smooth and creamy.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes about 1 pint.
