Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 Knox gelatine packet in a little cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 pkg. Dream Whip
    1 large angel food cake
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    coconut
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; let set until jelled.
    Whip the Dream Whip as directed on the package and fold into the jelled mixture.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, crumble 1/2 of an angel food cake. Cover with half of the gelatine mixture.
    Repeat.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle coconut on top.
    Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
    Serves 15.
    Rich, but delicious!
