Homemade Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium size tomatoes
    2 stalks celery, cut
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. onion juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Do
    not
    skin
    tomatoes;
    cut
    in quarters and place in heavy pot
    with
    celery,
    green pepper and bay leaves.
    Cover tightly and
    cook
    on low to medium heat without adding water. Put through sieve,
    add
    all
    the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Serves about 6.
