South Of The Border Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped yellow squash
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute squash and onion in butter.
    Add chiles, flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix.
    Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
