Lite Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs, sugar and cornstarch.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until beginning to thicken.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
