Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. light cream or milk
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
Preparation

Prick pie crust with fork.
Bake pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Layer 1/2 spinach, cheese and onion.
Repeat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over spinach.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven to 325\u00b0 and bake until firm, 20 to 25 minutes.
