Tangy Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Place chicken in a large shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Grill chicken over medium coals for 55 to 60 minutes or until done, turning and basting with marinade every 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
