Joyce'S Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 carrots
    salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Parboil carrots in salted water.
    Drain and slice.
    Place in small casserole.
