Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. raw zucchini, peeled and grated
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat first 4 ingredients; sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add vanilla (add 1 cup nuts, dates, raisins or currants).
Fill 2 greased and floured loaf pans half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
