Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. phyllo dough (at room temperature)
    2 sticks butter, melted
    1 pkg. Green Giant chopped spinach in butter sauce
    12 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. ham, diced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Preparation
    Mix everything but phyllo and butter in a food processor. Spray an 11 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
    Lay 3 or 4 sheets of phyllo in pan; brush very generously with butter.
    Repeat with 3 or more sheets.
    Spread thin layer of spinach mixture over sheets.
    Repeat until all ingredients have been used, ending with several sheets of dough, buttered as before.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Let cool a little before cutting.
    If any is left over, wrap individual pieces in foil and refrigerate.
    Heat in foil when needed.
    Keeps a week.
