Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Cut up steak in small pieces; brown in a little grease.
Add onion, green pepper, soy sauce and mushroom soup.
Simmer until pepper is soft.
Pour over rice.
