Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut into pieces
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or 4 oz. can)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/4 c. white wine (optional)
    1 can sliced black olives
    salt and pepper to taste
    spaghetti
Preparation
    Coat chicken with mixture of four, salt and pepper.
    Brown chicken in oil in a large, heavy skillet.
    Push chicken to the side and add onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Cook and stir a few minutes.
