Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 cake yeast
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water.
    Beat the eggs (yolks too) until fluffy.
    Add sugar, salt, butter and yeast water.
    Add flour slowly.
    If preparing rolls far in advance of a meal (a good idea with these), refrigerate dough until ready to bake.
