Double Decker Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (12 oz.) Reeses peanut butter chips, divided
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil.
    Place 1 cup peanut butter chips in medium bowl and set aside.
