Snappy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. instant minced onion
3/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Serve tuna salad on a bed of lettuce or between bread slices.
Makes 2 servings.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
