Chinese Barbecued Baby Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    fresh ground pepper
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. strong chicken broth
Preparation
    Separate each wing into 3 pieces.
    Discard the tips.
    Marinate the wings and all other ingredients, well mixed, for about 2 hours, turning if necessary, so all pieces are covered.
    Bake in shallow pan, uncovered, for 1 hour or longer at 350\u00b0.
    Turn once and baste 2 or 3 times.
