Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cooked squash (Butternut or whatever)
    salt and pepper
    2 oz. pimentos
    1 large onion (chopped)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 grated carrots
    3/4 c. butter
    4 c. corn bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix corn bread crumbs and butter together.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
    Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over bread crumb mixture.
    Bake at 400 degree for 35 minutes.
