Nanas Goreng(Fried Pineapple) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    6 to 8 slices pineapple (1/2 inch thick)
    oil
    cinnamon/sugar (1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/3 c. sugar)
Preparation
    Mix flour, egg and salt in a bowl.
    Dip pineapple slices in this mixture and fry in hot oil until golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with cinnamon/sugar.
