Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 can mushroom or celery soup
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Grease sides and bottom of 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan.
    Pour rice evenly over bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt over rice. Arrange salted and peppered chicken on top of rice.
    Blend mushroom soup and 1 cup water.
    Pour over chicken; sprinkle onion soup over top.
    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
