Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and 1 cup nuts.
    Spoon batter into prepared cake pans (3 layers).
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
