Low Cholesterol Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 303) can pineapple bits
    1 tsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. corn oil margarine
Preparation
    Place carrots in a greased baking dish.
    Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice.
    Add the pineapple to the carrots and mix well.
    Combine the reserved juice with the brown sugar, tapioca and salt, stirring until dissolved.
    Pour over the carrot mixture and dot with margarine.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    A 1/2-cup serving equals 0 mg cholesterol.
