Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container nonfat sour cream alternative
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
    60 fat-free crackers
Preparation
    In bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic and liquid hot pepper until well blended.
    Cover, chill until serving time.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
    Contains 17 calories, 32 mg. sodium and 0 grams fat per serving (1 cracker with 2 teaspoons dip).
