Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Put chops in bottom of a baking dish; sprinkle rice over top and then add pepper and onions.
    Pour water over this; add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 covered.
