Mexican Hot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chunky salsa
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 baked potatoes
Preparation
    In large skillet brown beef with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in sour cream, salsa, oregano, chili powder and salt.
    Serve over hot baked potatoes.
