Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add drained, sliced mushrooms, spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce.
    Simmer.
    Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer on sour cream and Mozzarella cheese.
    Spread crescent rolls over the top.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
