Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk or half and half
    1 c. potato liquid
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices Velveeta cheese
    2 c. cubed ham
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Parboil peeled and sliced potatoes in salt water 15 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of potato liquid.
    Place drained potatoes in crock-pot.
