Peanut Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. water
3 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 to 3/4 c. peanut butter chips, divided
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup. Add water, eggs and oil to remaining crumb mix and blend on low until moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup each of chocolate and peanut butter chips. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
