Chasu(Chinese Roast Pork Loin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork loin roast
    1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. molasses
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Cut pork roast into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Add other ingredients together.
    Marinate in sauce for 2 hours.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Baste frequently.
    Let stand a few minutes before slicing into smaller pieces.
    Arrange beautifully in a plate.
    Pour over just a little more sauce.
    Serve with hot mustard, if preferred.
