Broccoli Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. butter
1 large pkg. frozen broccoli (any style)
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. mayo
1 tsp. lemon Juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 - 3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender in salted water with butter. Cut chicken into bite size pieces if desired. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder together. Add broccoli and chicken to soup mixture and pour into a large casserole dish.
Top with buttered breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
