Mexicali Bean Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked red kidney beans
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a food processor or blender mix all ingredients together for about 1 minute or until smooth.
    Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
