Scalloped Potatoes With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    4 medium onions
    3 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    ham, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (sliced) and onions for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Melt butter.
    Stir in rest of ingredients until sauce thickens over medium heat.
    Layer potatoes and sauce over ham in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake 35 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
