Ingredients

1 lb. boneless round steak (tenderized)
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. water
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper; dredge meat, saving excess flour mixture.
Saute onions and peppers in hot oil; remove and drain.
Brown steak in remaining oil.
Add all other ingredients, including remaining flour.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour; stir occasionally.
