"Chestnut Burrs" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 onion
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
    4 c. bread cubes (dry)
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt oleo in large skillet. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Saut. Stir in bread cubes. Mix ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper. Shape into balls (about 3-inches); flatten into thin patties. Fill with stuffing mixture and shape back into large ball, leaving top open. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
