Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cut in pieces
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; add onions and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Pour off grease.
Add water and potatoes.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper, then add parsley. Heat to serve, but do not boil.
