Chicken Winglets - cooking recipe

16 to 18 chicken winglets
2/3 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs, well beaten
salt
Preparation

Mix batter by combining milk, flour, soy sauce, eggs and salt (to taste); mix until smooth.
Dip winglets in batter; fry in deep hot fat (350\u00b0) until crisp and brown.
Drain on paper towels.
