Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained and 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice reserved
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
8 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray a medium size casserole dish with nonstick coating. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Gradually stir in cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
