Cheddar Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese or Monterey Jack (2 c.)
3 Tbsp. bottled jalapeno pepper slices
Preparation

About 10 minutes before serving, preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
Place half of the tortilla chips in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle with half the shredded cheese and top with half the jalapeno pepper slices.
Broil until cheese melts and chips are lightly browned.
Remove nachos to platter.
Repeat remaining chips, cheese and pepper slices. Serves 4.
