Quick Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can Hormel chili
    1/2 can water
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute ground beef and onion.
    Drain fat and add salt, pepper, chili and water.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Butter both sides of flour tortillas and lay in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Each shell should be folded in half and set side by side with open end up.
    Fill each shell with the hot meat mixture and sprinkle some onions and cheese into each one.
    Spoon remaining meat and onions and cheese over top of all of it.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
