Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
1 gizzard, chopped (optional)
1 liver, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and salt.
Blend well.
Add chicken broth, gizzard, liver and egg, if desired.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
