Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 ears of corn, cut off cob
    4 large onions, chopped
    1 large green pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 large red peppers
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    2 lb. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    All veggies are chopped or use food processor to chop.
    Mix all ingredients together except flour. Cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours until onions are soft.
    Use hot juice to mix flour into paste.
    Add to relish and let thicken.
    Yields about 6 pints.
    Can and jar.
