Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
While this is cooking, melt the butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir well; do not brown.
Add milk.
Stir constantly until it begins to thicken.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese and stir until cheese begins to melt.
Mix drained macaroni and cheese sauce together.
Pour in buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
