Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. raw, unpeeled, grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil, sugar and zucchini.
Add all dry ingredients together in bowl then add to first mixture.
Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
