Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. reserved juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix pineapple and cheese in bowl.
Mix juice, flour and sugar in separate bowl. Mix until smooth. Combine with pineapple and cheese.
Spoon into well greased casserole dish.
